Lisa has over twenty-five years of experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and as an entrepreneur, leading a Talent Development Training Consultancy serving clients throughout the US, Europe, the Middle East, LATAM, and Canada. Clients include- Kelsey Seybold Clinic, BASF, Macquarie, Baker Hughes, National Oilwell Varco (NOV), Memorial Sloan Kettering, United Safety, Growthspace, Chesapeake Energy, Gilead Sciences, LinkedIn, Emerson Electric, Tooling-U-SME, and Memorial Hermann Medical Center.
Since 1991 Lisa has owned and operated the Hilton Resource Group (HRG) training, and coaching consulting business. She has direct experience working with individuals and teams at all organizational levels from executive C-Suite to front-line equipment operators.
Lisa’s emphasis is to help her clients navigate the critical phases of leadership development, transition, and change, with a special focus on senior leadership style, presence, vision, strategy, communication, mindfulness, balance, and direction.
Her broad and diverse leadership experience allows Lisa to approach leadership challenges and perceived hurdles with mindfulness, equanimity, and a holistic perspective.
Before starting HRG, she served as the Director of Training & Development for The University of Houston. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is an ICF-certified Executive Leadership & Transition Coach. She holds certifications in Accelerated Learning, Employee Relations, Employment Law, and Adult Learning Theory. She is a licensed EAP and certified Crisis Interventionist.
Lisa’s coaching and facilitation style encourages her clients to reach beyond the obvious to realize their unique talents, develop their leadership potential, and lead a life-defined by purpose, fulfillment, and well-being.
Lisa lives in Houston, Texas with her goldfish Sam and has lived in Austin, Texas and in London, England where she practiced the art of Pantomime. Her interests include art, writing, music, nature, exercise, and travel.
