Lisa Hilton

Hilton Resource Group’s President and Founder

Lisa Hilton is a management consultant, leadership coach, organization development consultant and training facilitator, with over 25 years experience working with organizations to achieve success through leadership development, strategic decision-making, change management, performance management, team leadership, emotional intelligence, workforce effectiveness, conflict management, and effective communication. Lisa provides a coaching and facilitation strategy uniquely tailored to each individual to align leaders and employee behaviors, turn high potentials into high-impact leaders and cultivate team accountability and inspire peak performance results.

Lisa works with teams to strengthen their leadership skills and develop team success. Her process includes a variety of assessment tools including 360 feedback, development planning, just in time training, interviews, accountability, curriculum development, facilitation and a performance scorecard.

Prior to starting HRG, Lisa served as the Director of Training & Development for The University of Houston. She has a BA in Communications from the University of Houston and is ICF certified as a Leadership Coach. Lisa has certifications in Accelerated Learning, Employee Relations, Employment Law and Adult Learning Theory. She is a licensed Employee Assistance Professional and certified Crisis Interventionist.

Lisa's approach has always been one of systematic thoroughness as she works with clients to take on new challenges. She is uniquely gifted in helping individuals and teams recognize strengths and deal with weaknesses, plan realistic goals, achieve milestones and reach their full leadership potential.

Lisa is an author in progress in the areas of leadership, team dynamics and developing a progressive coaching organization. Her first book is due for publication in 2020.

Lisa is a member of the International Coaching Federation, Society for Human Resources Management and the American Society for Training and Development, She is a professional and dynamic speaker conducting regular workshops and seminars in areas such as leading with emotional intelligence, mentoring and coaching, workforce effectiveness, work-life balance, and developing successful leadership teams.
